How to make a Kindle cover from a Paperblank Book
With the Amazon Kindle covers taking so long to come in stock, I turned to making my own cover for my Kindle 4. It's made from a beautiful Paperblank book with the pages removed.
Here's how it's done.
1. Buy a Paperblank notebook just larger than your Kindle. There are a variety of beautiful covers to choose from.
2. Cut out the back pages using a craft knife. Leave 8 leafs remaining.
3. Cut a black piece of card just large enough to line the back cover and one page of your case.
4. Take two 6cm pieces of black elastic and glue them to the outside corners, so that the glue is on the side of the card that will be hidden. You will need an all purpose glue like UHU.
5. Take a further two 6cm pieces of elastic. Glue one side of each to the reverse of the card, and the other sides to the inside of the card.
6. Stick the left hand side of the card to the reverse of the last page remaining in the book.
7. Stick the right hand side to the back cover of the book.
You have your new Kindle cover!

Love this idea! I've just been on the paperblanks website to see if they made kindle covers (they don't). I did, however, email them telling them they should :)
Very tempted to try this!

I think if I tried making something like that, it would be a mess!
