How Not to Self-Publish

Since I started self-publishing in 2011, I have been keeping notes for a worst-case-scenario-style eBook about self-publishing.

Upon becoming successful, hundreds of authors write books called 'How I reached a Squillion downloads'. Not wanting to follow the trend, I have decided to publish a book about the things I avoided in order to get to my squillion.
