Praise for Rosen Trevithick

"Brilliant."
- The Independent
"The characters are engaging, the plot tightly woven with enough twists and turns to maintain momentum, and the book deals with important themes in a very sensitive and thought provoking manner. I particularly admired the language, which treads an admirably fine line between moments of humour and the serious consideration of themes such as mental illness."
- Alex Roddie (Author)
"Who dunnit humour at its best."
- P. Jones
"I absolutley loved Straight Out of University. It was laugh out loud funny through a lot of it. It drew me in rapidly and even had me on tenterhooks to see if characters Sophie and John would work out together."
- S. Hitchens

A Children's Short Story

A short story from the Smelly Troll series.

There's nothing normal about Alan Normalton. His favourite habits are bottom burping and picking bogies from his nose. What's more, he was born with only four and a half toes on each foot and his skin has a faint greenish tinge. One day, he asks his mum why he's not like other boys.

Alan soon finds himself drawn into a dangerous forest filled with entertaining and disgusting monsters, who quickly become his friends. But not everybody likes Alan's new friends. In fact, some people find them very scary indeed.

After his little sister is kidnapped and carried deep into the forest, Alan must decide who to side with – his sister or his new monster buddies.
